A rush of wind alerts Lasalle. The tattooed manic is back and he’s full of hate and rage. His eyes gleaming with violent fantasies. Lasalle spins around in her crouched stance. Her fist ready, she swings out and socks the maniac in the side of the stomach with tremendous force. His abdomen ripples, body forced to the side. He tries to yell but no sound escapes. The young man crashes to the deck. His face red, his eyes open wide, they flutter, knocked into the next world. His tanned beach shorts become a dark brown at the front and a yellow stream of Lasalle’s victory spreads out into a lake under him.
The first young man is trying to crawl to the rail. Lasalle takes a deep breath and explodes in action. She runs, full speed and punts him in the head with her sharp knee. Her once attacker lets out throaty groan and crashes to the deck.
The creek of the deck grabs Lasalle. She turns to find a bloody Lory holding her hands in front of her. Lasalle glows with hot rage. Her eyes wild, she growls and marches towards her.
Lory lets out a high pitched whine and backs away.
“Please don’t hurt me. This is my dad’s yacht. He doesn’t know I have it. Just let me go home. I swear, I’ll never do it again.”
Gloria steps forward snapping open some zip cuffs.
“What are you going to do with your new yacht Lasalle?”
Lasalle stares at Lory with savage eyes, unable to brake away.
“How many others have you done this to?”
The girl can only shake her head, losing her voice to her trembles.
Warm tears slide down Lasalle’s hot face.
“What were ya gonna do? Beat us to death with those bats and leave us in the ocean?”
Lory shakes her head with salty tears streaming down her face.
Gloria stomps her foot and clenches her pearly whites.
“How dare you cry. I know you Lory. You’re only crying because you’re caught.”
Lasalle wipes away her own blue devils.
“We were gonna help you and you were gonna kill us.”
Lory cries out and falls to her knees.
“I’m not buying into your tears. You’re not getting out of this one. Strap her down.”
